We were honored to receive the Men of Color Affinity Space's invitation to lead a transformative workshop focused on empowering teens. In collaboration with The Cambridge School of Weston (CSW), The Gents' Foundation (TGF) took center stage at the "RiseUp: Empowering Teens Workshop," offering invaluable insights into critical topics such as financial literacy, professional attire, and personal development.

Guided by the expertise of Guich Couture's Founder and Lead Designer, Guichelet Louis, and TGF Founder, William Pierre-Louis, Jr., the workshop provided a platform for meaningful discussions and learning. The engaging dialogue sparked by the participants' probing questions underscored their genuine interest and eagerness to explore new horizons.

The burning desire within these young minds left us in awe. Their questions reflected a depth of thought and engagement that surpassed anything we'd encountered. From their keen interest in credit score, business development skills to daily fashion aesthetics beyond trends, these were not just mere inquiries but declarations of a yearning to learn, grow, and make a difference.

Shout out to Adam Olivier, Head of the Men of Color Affinity Alliance Space, and Miranda C. Rojas (MJ), Co-Head of the IDEA Committee, for facilitating the workshop.

A special thanks to Shadrach Sommers-Dehaney, the Dean of Students, for the invitation and seamless coordination of the event's success. Dean Sommers-Dehaney's dedication to creating a supportive and empowering environment is truly commendable.

We were inspired by the potential for positive change that lies within each participant. We remain dedicated to fostering growth, empowerment, and community engagement among young individuals.
